  • Presentation: short list of approximately 3 to 5 high calibre candidates presented to client with appropriate commentary on candidates' carrier achievements and interpersonal skills, client-candidate meetings arranged.
  • Successful Completion: offer management process assisted by Futures Inc. Consultant to maximize potential for mutually satisfactory agreement being reached with preferred candidate, Consultant maintains contact with successful candidate and client to ensure continuity is achieved.
